Clem was our realtor for the purchase of a beautiful home in Aurora. He walked us through the process and details of buying a house (first time home buyers here). He covered in advance the pre-purchase: financials, during-purchase: steps, and even after-purchase: what to expect/responsibilities/rights. He was patient with us (and with some of our OCDs and worries) and super professional all time. He made sure he understood our needs and limits to tailor his service to us. He was always on time and would follow up on our concerns. He made us feel very at home, like it was not just a transaction and more of building a working relationship where our priorities came first. He wasn't shy when calling out issues of certain properties we saw that we may have liked but had problems a first timer would not see clearly. He also has good negotiation skills. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell real estate.
